KwikKut 33 Neat Cutting Oil

A heavy transparent, active, non-emulsifying, high additive EP cutting oil. Designed for use on ferrous metals, stainless and nickel/chrome steels.

KwikKut 33 is mainly used where high viscosity oil is required. Pipe threading by hand or machine are typical applications. It is suitable for various types of lathes, automatics, turrets and hand screw machines.

KwikKut 111 Neat Cutting Oil

A low viscosity, transparent, inactive type cutting oil recommended for high-speed machining of free cutting steels, brass, aluminium, copper, etc. in multiple spindle automatics.
In many machine tools, the lubricating oil will frequently leak into the cutting oil, diluting it. This results in shorter tool life, poorer surface finishes and a general decline in the machinery efficiency.

KwikKut 31W Neat Cutting Oil

A moderately heavy, transparent, non-emulsifying EP cutting oil for use on ferrous metals.

It is excellent for heavy duty machining on ferrous metals for such operations as: gear cutting and broaching, also turning, tapping and threading. Suitable for use on pipe threadinf by hand or machine.
