AEROLENE SHF220 is a new generation hydraulic fluid for applications where extreme and/or critical conditions apply, and where a less fire hazardous fluid is required.
AEROLENE SHF220 is a shear stable, thermally stable and clean running "fill for life" fluid. The result of extensive product development, AEROLENE SHF220 is engineered to give exceptional anti-wear performance, rust and oxidation protection, operating in a wide temperature range. AEROLENE SHF has excellent viscometric properties, good lubricity and Factory Mutual approval as a less hazardous hydraulic fluid, FM Group 2.

Comproil

Comproil 500

Comproil 500 is a synthetic compressor lubricant formulated from high quality diester base stock. Selected additives provide superior thermal and oxidation stability resulting in reduced deposits and lessened explosion hazard. The low volatility of diesters compared with mineral oils results in lower consumption. Comproil 500 exhibits very low coking tendency, good reclassification, foam separation and demulsibility properties. In addition to a high viscosity index, the anti-wear performance of this product is exceptional.

Comproil HV4000

Comproil HV4000 is a long life synthetic lubricant for Hydrovane and other rotary compressors. This product is formulated from high quality base stocks and selected additives to provide superior thermal and oxidation stability resulting in reduced deposits and lessened explosion hazard. The low volatility of this synthetic lubricant compared with mineral oils results in lower consumption. Comproil HV4000 exhibits very low coking tendency, good reclassification, foam separation and demulsibility properties. In addition to a high viscosity index, the anti-wear performance of this product is exceptional. Typical life expectancy in Hydrovane compressors is 4000 hours and up to 8000 hours in rotary screw compressors.

GlycolSafe C46 is a "fighting grade" water-glycol type fire resistant fluid at the bottom of the ISO 46 viscosity classification range. It is a blend of simple and complex non-thixotropic polyglycols, which provide basic lubrication properties and low temperature fluidity, combined with additives which promote high anti-wear, anti-corrosion and anti-foaming properties.
