Product Description

UNI-B SAE 40 CF ENGINE OIL is a high performance, mixed fleet, high ash mineral monograde automotive diesel engine oils designed for a wide range of diesel and petrol engines operating under severe service conditions. They are available in SAE 30 and 40 grades.

UNI-B SAE 40 CF ENGINE OIL contains a robust additive package which includes high performance base oils, a balanced additive system of ashless dispersants, metallic detergents, and inhibitors to control oxidation, wear, corrosion, and rust and together with a high TBN value this technology combination ensures serviceability intervals are met in applications especially when using high sulphur diesel fuel or in high heat or highly stressed environments. This ensures that the negative effects of combustion such as acid and sludge formation, are effectively negated between service intervals.

UNI-B SAE 40 CF ENGINE OIL provides good overall engine cleanliness and has been proven to reduce wear of loaded components under all conditions. Provides excellent protection from upper ring band deposits under high temperatures.

Applications

UNI-B SAE 40 CF ENGINE OIL is used in a wide range of applications where a monograde lubricant and is recommended for use in intercooled, naturally aspirated, & turbocharged engines operating under severe on and off highway applications where a monograde oil is preferred.

Primarily recommended for use as a single oil in mixed fleets.

Recommended also for a wide range of European & Japanese diesel engines like Yanmar, passenger car and light diesels along with most modern petrol engines requiring up to an API SF petrol rating.

Applications include commercial Road transport, Off-highway Earthmoving, Mining , Marine and Agricultural applications / operations under all service conditions, along with a wide range of passenger car and light truck petrol engines. This includes high speed diesel engines in marine service.

Can be used in non-engine applications where oils of its performance level are suitable, such as manual and power shift transmissions, mobile hydraulic systems and generator sets.

Not recommended for use in any two cycle petrol engines or diesel engines or gas fuelled spark ignition engines.
